A Creatures Temptations
Star Wars: The Old Republic
[ooc: Open for other players if anyone is interested. Contact me if so...]
Slavery was not an un-common
thing in the galaxy far far away. Sure, there were droids aplenty of every make
and kind, in reality they were the evolution of sentient life, From war
machines to nannies tending fragile babies there wasn’t a thing most droids couldn’t
The problem however was that
droids couldn’t perform the basic senses of sentient life. They couldn’t feel
the fingers dancing across flesh or a blade slowly piercing heart and because
they couldn’t ‘feel’ they were unable to react appropriately. And reaction was
what drove sentient to do what they do. To love and nurture, to conquer and destroy,
it was the reaction of others that gave one a sense of wellbeing or power. And that, was what made slavery so
profitable. Sure, some slaves were purchased to lighten the work load of a
noble patron, performing menial tasks to make their Masters life simpler as
they moved on to grander and more important things. Some even purchased slaves
in search of a companion, unable to find it elsewhere save through credits and
a leash that forced two sentient together. Sometimes it works out, and most times
Other purposes were for pure entertainment. Gladiators reigned supreme in the underworlds of the galaxy. But even the arena’s and gladiators needed incentive, needed the reaction of something fragile and weak underneath them. To give their eyes, hands, and lips something to see, feel and taste. Gladiators weren’t the only ones however. Soldiers, separated from the interaction of the opposite sex commonly sought out a temporary companionship, one with no ties save for a signature and a fist full of credits. Parted relationships had partners seeking a similar goal, either to spite their wayward mates or to sedate their lust suddenly denied. Thugs, hunters, pirates…Nobles, kings and queens… all walks of hierarchy couldn’t escape it. The passion to dominate resided in everyone, it was unavoidable
For Trisskar Vander the purpose
was far more sinister.
It took years to break the proud,
wayward Sith Apprentice of Lord Mainyu. Lady Rae, a credited slaver took
special interest in the creatures training after having a debt called in by the
notorious Lord, General Darmuk. But like
all things that was once strong and stubborn, they eventually would come
crashing down into servitude of those that conquer over them.
While Lady Rae was successful in
completing her debt to the Lord General, he never returned, and the lady was
forced to sale slaves to keep her appearance exceptional within the slaver’s
Markets and Associations.
Trisskar, who now calls herself ‘The
Creature’ was sold for a high price to Nargada the hutt. Nargada the Hutt was like any other fat,
lazy, high esteemed slug. Her specialty however was running a popular little
club called “The Tavern” It was a simple, rustic, and ancient name, and yet it
was well known for drawing in a lot of attraction. After all, Nargada understood
the simple pleasures of sentient life. No matter how advanced a culture got, it
was the downright, old and rustic that drew the passion forward.
Nargada choose ‘The Creature’
because of her physic and beauty, few understood however the purpose behind the
toned figure of the little black haired, green eyed girl. For most, she was a
thing to lust over, a fancy, gem studded, transparent outfit, a few bells, loud
music and a pole had registers filled in for months. Patrons egger to get their
taste of the new dancer in town.
One such patron was a male Sith Apprentice looking to drown himself in spice and women. However when things went from professional to life or death, the Creature defended itself violently and the Apprentice left in a furious rage. Nargada, fearful of the Apprentice’s backlash, sold the Creature in hopes that act alone would persuade the sith to turn a blind eye.
